Service Description
JingJing is a content and live-streaming platform. The website contains product information, support information, transparency information, waitlist functions and legal notices. User and creator content is created by the respective users.
No Regulated Professional Service
JingJing does not provide regulated professional services such as legal advice, tax advice, financial advice or medical advice. Marveo Media Group OÜ is not a bank, e-money institution, payment institution or financial services institution.
Payment and Payout Partners
Bao purchases may be processed through Lemon Squeezy or app-store payment channels. Creator payouts are processed through Trolley or another named payout partner. Marveo Media Group OÜ does not itself provide payment services and does not hold customer funds as a payment service.
Consumer Disputes
Please contact us first at jingjing@marveo.io so we can review a complaint directly.
For consumers resident in Estonia and traders registered in Estonia, the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) may be competent if a contract dispute cannot be resolved directly. Statutory rights to judicial or out-of-court remedies remain unaffected.
The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, so no link to that platform is provided.
