Overview
JingJing uses cookies and similar technologies only where they are required for language, routing, login, security, session management, requested functions or technical stability.
Optional analytics, marketing, retargeting or campaign cookies are not set without legally required consent. If JingJing enables such services later, they will be separated from essential cookies and loaded only after valid consent.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, SDK storage, pixels, tags or other access to information on a device.
Under applicable ePrivacy and national cookie rules, storing information on a device or accessing information stored there generally requires consent. Consent is not required where access is strictly necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by the user.
Essential Cookies and Storage
JingJing uses essential cookies and storage for:
Language and routing: NEXT_LOCALE stores the selected or detected language.
Login and session: Supabase cookies or local storage keep login status, refresh sessions and protect restricted areas.
Security: session, rate-limit, fraud-prevention and security mechanisms may use technical identifiers or log data.
Checkout and wallet flows: payment redirects may use technical state to allocate purchases correctly.
UI functions: local state may support requested interface functions, forms, notifications or settings.
These essential technologies rely on the exception for strictly necessary storage and access. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Services
JingJing may use Next.js and JingJing middleware for language and routing; Supabase for authentication and sessions; Lemon Squeezy for checkout if you start a purchase; Trolley for creator payout and KYC flows; LiveKit and Stream.io for streaming, chat and feed functions; and Sentry for error monitoring where enabled.
Optional Analytics and Marketing
The current web presence does not load optional tracking cookies without consent. If we enable product analytics, campaign measurement, A/B testing, advertising pixels or comparable services, we will obtain required consent first and provide a withdrawal option.
Third-Party Cookies
Third parties may set their own cookies or storage when you actively use their functions, such as checkout, KYC, payment processing, live video or embedded support flows. Their own privacy and cookie notices also apply.
Retention and Browser Settings
Session cookies are usually deleted when the browser session ends. Language and authentication cookies may remain longer so that you stay logged in or keep your selected language. You can delete or block cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may break login, language, protected areas, checkout, wallet, creator functions or security mechanisms.
