Provider and Scope
These Terms apply to JingJing, a service of Marveo Media Group OÜ. Contact: jingjing@marveo.io.
JingJing is a content and live-streaming platform for viewers and creators. It includes public pages, waitlist, accounts, profiles, live streams, chat, feed features, creator functions, internal credits and wallet features.
By registering, logging in or using JingJing, you accept these Terms.
Age
JingJing is a live and real-money platform (gifts, purchases and creator payouts). You may therefore only use JingJing if you are at least 18 years old. Creator features involving payouts, KYC, tax forms or bank details additionally require that you successfully complete all required checks.
Account
You are responsible for accurate information and account security. Access credentials must not be shared. One person may generally hold one account.
Acceptable Use
You must use JingJing lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes illegal content, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, scams, spam, infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights, scraping, bots, reverse engineering, manipulation of rankings, viewers, referrals, credits, ledgers or payouts, and sale or transfer of accounts or credits outside approved JingJing functions.
Content and Rights
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant JingJing a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable license required to host, store, transmit, display, moderate, adapt technically, include in feeds and streams, and process your content for product, safety and support purposes.
You may submit only content for which you have the necessary rights. Infringing or unlawful content may be removed and accounts may be restricted.
Live Streams and Chat
Creators and viewers are responsible for their conduct in streams, chat and interactions. JingJing may moderate, remove, restrict, label, demonetize or suspend streams, chats, profiles or other content where required to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud or comply with law.
When a stream ends, its chat is closed to new messages and stays readable for a short period (currently three days) so it can be reviewed, and is then deleted.
Creator Features
Creator features may require approval, identity checks, tax information and additional rules. There is no entitlement to creator approval, reach, revenue, ranking or permanent availability of monetization features.
Creators are responsible for taxes, filings, licenses, permissions and legality of their content and services.
Messaging
JingJing includes direct messages between users. You are responsible for the content you send, including images. People you do not follow reach you through a message request that holds a single text message until you accept it; you can accept, decline, or pause a conversation at any time, and pausing is reversible. Messages you send can be unsent for everyone at any time and edited for a short window after sending. An optional translation feature lets you translate a received message into your language. Do not use messages to harass, spam, distribute illegal content, or infringe the rights of others. We may remove content and restrict accounts that break these terms.
Stickers and Creator Sales
Creators can create sticker packs and offer them in the sticker market. Packs are checked automatically against these terms before they go live. Sticker packs are bought with Bao and are deterministic: before buying, you see exactly which stickers a pack contains. There is no element of chance, no randomised or surprise packs, and buying a pack is not a game of chance. When a pack is sold, a share of the Bao value is credited to the creator as Glow, a portion is burned, and the remainder is retained by the platform. You keep access to packs you have bought for use inside JingJing. You are responsible for the sticker artwork you upload and must hold the rights to it; infringing, illegal, or rule-breaking packs are rejected or removed.
Music
In the music studio you can have your own tracks made. Every generation costs Bao and is charged when you start it, regardless of whether you like the result: there is no discarding, the track is yours afterwards and stays in your collection. If a generation fails technically, the Bao are returned.
If you write lyrics yourself, you are responsible for them and must hold the rights to them; without your own lyrics they are generated. Infringing, illegal or non-compliant tracks are rejected or removed. Music detected during a live stream that is not yours is additionally subject to the procedure under Moderation.
You decide yourself whether to offer a track in the music market, choosing one of the fixed price tiers. On a sale, a share of the Bao value is credited to you as Glow, the rest stays with the platform. Whoever buys your track acquires a permanent licence to use it within JingJing. Sold is sold: if you later take your track off the market, all previous buyers keep their licence, and a recall is excluded. Only a block due to a rights violation ends use for everyone.
Before a purchase only an excerpt is audible, not the complete track. What JingJing itself provides as radio is free for everyone and remains the property of the platform.
You may offer a track of your own to JingJing Radio. Whether it is taken is our decision; there is no entitlement. Until we decide, it stays sellable. If it is taken, it plays free for everyone under your name and can no longer be sold by you — licences already acquired remain valid. You can withdraw your offer until we decide.
Music you don't own, in a live stream
JingJing provides its own licensed music — JingJing Radio. It is free, for everyone, always, and you can run it during a Drop without worrying. Music you hold the necessary rights to yourself is equally fine; you declare that with the "own audio" mode.
Other music does not belong in a Drop. Playing music you have no rights to breaches these terms — including when it merely runs in the background.
So that you know where you stand: we listen in on a sample basis. On a share of Drops, JingJing takes short audio excerpts every few minutes and checks them automatically against a music database. Only the "voice only" and "own audio" modes are checked; with JingJing Radio there is nothing to check. Our own catalogue is never falsely flagged. The excerpts serve this check alone and are not published.
If music you don't own is detected, a graded sequence follows, not an immediate ban. One song counts as one breach, however long it plays:
first a warning, then a second,
on the third occasion a warning with the stream muted,
then a temporary suspension — 24 hours, on repetition 7 days, then 30 days,
and only at the end a permanent suspension of the account.
If, on the other hand, a rightsholder contacts us in writing, your account is suspended immediately — with no prior warning. The length follows your history: 24 hours the first time, then 7 days, then 30 days, finally permanent. Open warnings lapse; the suspension replaces them. The difference is not arbitrary: with our own spot checks we are correcting, with a complaint we are liable. Six months without a breach removes one step again. Every measure is logged, communicated to you, and can be contested; how, is set out under Moderation.
Bao
Bao are virtual credits bought with real money and used within JingJing as gifts to creators in live streams, PK battles or similar support functions.
Bao are not currency, e-money, a financial instrument, a bank balance or legal tender. Bao have no monetary value outside JingJing, are not withdrawable, not interest-bearing, not transferable and cannot be exchanged back into Chai, Glow, cash, crypto, vouchers or other value.
Bao cannot buy items and are used only for gift and support functions enabled by JingJing.
Glow
Glow is the internal creator payout measure. When a creator receives Bao gifts, JingJing may credit Glow under the displayed platform rules. The standard mechanism is 100 gifted Bao to 40 Glow for the receiving creator.
Glow has a fixed payout value of EUR 0.01 per Glow (100 Glow correspond to EUR 1). This rate is locked: JingJing may temporarily increase it for promotions and will not reduce it, except where mandatory law or tax rules require otherwise.
Glow is not user money, not a tradable currency, not e-money and not a financial instrument. Glow records creator compensation. Payouts are available only to approved, adult and verified creators through Trolley or another named payout partner.
The minimum payout threshold is 4,200 Glow, corresponding to EUR 42, unless the product shows otherwise. Payouts may be subject to checks, holds, fees, tax forms, sanctions screening, fraud review and legal restrictions.
Chai
Chai is an activity credit for non-monetary in-app features such as items, crafting, Tide changes or other product mechanics. Chai has no cash value, is not withdrawable, is not convertible into Bao or Glow and is not transferable outside functions provided by JingJing.
Purchases and Refunds
Web Bao purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy. App-store purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or the relevant store mechanisms. Prices, taxes, fees and payment methods are shown at checkout.
Refunds are governed by mandatory consumer law and the rules of the relevant payment or store provider. Consumed Bao and resulting platform services are generally not refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Payouts
Creator payouts are processed by Trolley. JingJing is not a payment service provider, bank, e-money institution or financial institution and does not hold customer funds as a payment service.
Payouts may be refused, delayed, reduced, held or canceled due to legal duties, fraud suspicion, chargebacks, rule violations, false information, sanctions risk, technical errors or open reviews.
Moderation and Reports
Users may report illegal or rule-breaking content in the product or by emailing jingjing@marveo.io. Where legally required, JingJing provides information about reasons and available remedies for significant moderation decisions.
Suspension and Termination
You may request account closure by contacting jingjing@marveo.io. JingJing may suspend or terminate accounts for legal violations, abuse, fraud, security risks, payment issues or serious community violations.
After account closure, unused Bao, Chai, status values and platform benefits may expire unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Open creator payouts are handled after review under these Terms.
Availability
JingJing is in an early product and launch phase. Features may change, expand, pause or end. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, rankings, creator revenue, reach or permanent compatibility with specific devices.
Liability
JingJing is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, mandatory product liability and any case where limitation is legally prohibited. For simple negligence, JingJing is liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and only for foreseeable typical damage.
Users are responsible for their own content, actions and legal violations.
Consumer Disputes
Please contact us first at jingjing@marveo.io so we can review a complaint directly.
For consumers resident in Estonia and traders registered in Estonia, the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) may be competent if a contract dispute cannot be resolved directly. Statutory rights to judicial or out-of-court remedies remain unaffected.
The former EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025, so no link to that platform is provided.
Law and Changes
The law of the Republic of Estonia applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence prevail. We may update these Terms where features, law, security needs, providers or economic mechanics change.
