Scope
This Refund Policy applies to Bao purchases for JingJing, a service of Marveo Media Group OÜ. Contact: jingjing@marveo.io.
Bao are virtual credits used inside JingJing to support creators in live streams, PK battles or similar platform functions. Bao are not currency, e-money, a financial instrument, a bank balance or legal tender.
Web Purchases
Web Bao purchases may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices, taxes, fees, payment methods and receipt details are shown in the Lemon Squeezy checkout before payment.
If you need help with a web purchase, contact us at jingjing@marveo.io with the order email, order reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made through Apple, Google or an app-store checkout are handled under the rules and refund tools of the relevant store. Please request those refunds through the store where the purchase was made.
Used Bao
Bao that have already been gifted to a creator, consumed in a platform function, or resulted in delivered platform services are generally not refundable unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Unused Bao and Technical Issues
If Bao were not credited, were credited incorrectly, or a duplicate charge occurred, contact us so we can investigate and correct the issue. Depending on the case, we may credit the missing Bao, reverse an incorrect allocation, or support a refund through the relevant payment provider.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. For digital content or digital services, a statutory withdrawal right may expire early where the customer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges the loss of that right. Details may also be shown in the checkout or product flow.
Abuse and Chargebacks
Refunds may be refused, delayed or reviewed where we detect fraud, payment abuse, sanctions risk, account misuse, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
